Hi, yesterday I had intended to catch up with these posts but as sometimes happens in my world towards the end of last week I had computer issues and they affected everything I was doing (including building and launching last week's Cauldron FM radio show) and until the issues are fully resolved I did not dare do anything creative.

The situation was really embarrassing because the weekend was Samhain (one of the biggest events in the Pagan calendar) and we had some great music lined up and a special "Crystal of The Month" segment and it all fell over.

Anyway we seem to have most of the issues under control but the computer was out of action all morning, so I am currently building a replacement show.

The primary image on the page was taken at 8am this morning as I was heading out of the house to travel to the office.  It had begun to rain and then suddenly things changed the sun began to shine through the rain and this presented itself to me.

I am always in awe of rainbows, to me they are one of the most beautiful things on this earth - I hope you like the image.

Thank you for reading this blog!

Don’t Predict The Future - CREATE IT !

08/09/21 "Casing The Joint!"

Hi everyone it's DAve Thank you for joining me on today's blog post.   Today is Wednesday and I really hope that it is less hectic than yesterday.  After a full day at the office and with Alison confined to bed after a very disturbed night I had to go to Barnstaple after work and collect a replacement fridge, because the other one "bit the dust" Photo: "Three Suns"  ©2021 wytchphotog The photograph featured above almost got me into trouble........ I spotted the reflection of the sun in three different places at the same time and because it was an unusual sight I decided to capture the image - well people thought I was "casing the joint" and they threatened to "call the Police" until I explained what I was doing and showed them the image. Because of the water situation at the caravan we checked with Tina about her impending visit at the weekend and her response was a very definite "of course I am coming to our caravan, why wouldn'...

02/12/22 Making The Tea - an exercise in Strategy

Making The Tea!                                                     (an exercise in Strategy) Hi It's DAve Apologies for my recent absence but family matters took over and I did not have the opportunity to write a blog post last week. Anyway I am now back again and here is this week's offering from the sometimes warped mind of Your's Truly! As a Personal Development Coach I am often asked about Goal Setting so here is my approach to that very subject:- All too often we set goals but very rarely do we create a plan of how we aim to achieve that goal. Having given the matter some thought I have defined a process and that involves "Starting At The End!" Yes, I know that seems mad, but how can you get to where you are g...

OH MY DAYS - it is almost April !!!!! - where has that time gone?

Hi it's DAve and thank you for joining me on this page...............                                          I cannot believe that it is 4 (yes FOUR ) months since my last post on here.  That is so remiss of me and I can only apologise and start to rebuild the regularity as we go forwards. The calendar for this year is starting to fill up quite nicely which is good - we have Easter in early April followed by a wedding in Tavistock a couple of weeks later (sadly for me that actually clashes with an event I was going to be supporting (doing short coaching taster bytes) and because the bride is a long standing family friend I have no alternative but to attend. In addition I have been looking into different ways I can do something slightly different and as a result I have been writing some short stories (only 5 words) for example  "Alone in the darkness she wept!" or "Yester...
